We were delighted to welcome Mr. Jonathan Vasu, a distinguished alumnus of the Class of 2002, back to Clarence High School.
A Clarence student from 1989 to 2002, Jonathan has gone on to build an inspiring career as a technology leader, entrepreneur, and innovator in the field of automotive technology and intelligent mobility.
His academic journey includes a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, an M.S. by Research in Automotive Diagnosis from IIT Kharagpur, a Professional Doctorate in Engineering in Automotive Systems Design from Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, Texas.
With over 15 years of international experience across India, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States, he currently serves as Senior Project Manager and Product Owner at Bosch Global Software Technologies, Bengaluru, where he leads multidisciplinary teams working on next-generation hardware-software platforms and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
He was accompanied by his wife, Dr. Anisha Oommen Vasu, a dental professional with a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from New York University.
We are honoured to have Jonathan return to his alma mater to share his thoughts with our students and encourage them to discover their purpose in life and work towards it with passion, perseverance, and excellence.
